Our platters serve 15 - 20 people.
Fresh vegetable platter ($45) - Fresh vegetables including broccoli, cherry tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, bell peppers and radishes centered with a herb & garlic dip. Vegetables may vary based on season.
Roasted vegetables with Aioli platter ($60) - Oven roasted red peppers, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots, broccoli & red onion. Served with mustard and herb Aioli.
Smoked salmon platter ($80) - Alaskan wild smoked salmon, capers, red onions, cream cheese & chives.
Charcuterie platter ($70) - Assorted cold cut meats including salame, mortadella, turkey, Dijon mustard, candid pecans, fresh grapes, sun dried tomatoes & crackers.
Artisan cheese platter ($80) - Assorted cheeses including Havarti, goat, Brie, Fontana, Gruyere, Monchego, mozzarella and tomato skewers, olives, organic pesto spread, fig jam, fresh grapes & crackers.
Fresh fruit platter ($60) - Freshly sliced fruits including pineapple, strawberries, grapes and berries. Fruit may vary based on season.
Mini Quiches ($50) - An assortment of individual mini quiches: Yams and goat cheese | Roasted red pepper and pesto | Broccoli and Cheddar.
