ELEGANT BUFFET-STYLE CATERING

Price: $39 / person (min. 20 people)

Our service includes delivery, setup and cleanup. Disposable and elegant eco-friendly plates & utensils, table cover linens and napkins.

Menu includes:

  • Freshly baked Challah bread and rustic whole wheat bread.

  • Spreads & dips: fire-roasted eggplant, Matbucha & Tapenade.

  • Your selection of hot plates, platters, salads, desserts, and available add-ons from the list below.

Hot plates (choose 1):

  • Hot & spicy Shakshuka (veggie, GF)

    A Mediterranean classic. Red ripe tomatoes cooked over 3 hours with garlic, bell peppers, Jalapeños and spices, topped with poached eggs.

  • Frittata (veggie, GF)
    Egg-baked Italian hot dish with potatoes, Zucchini, bell peppers and onions.

(Add a second hot plate for $8 / person)

Platters (choose 2):

  • Mini Quiches
    An assortment of individual mini quiches: Yams and goat cheese | Roasted red pepper and Parmesan cheese | Broccoli and Cheddar.

  • Deviled eggs (GF)
    Hard-boiled eggs stuffed with yolks, mayo, chives and paprika.

  • Smoked salmon platter (GF)
    Alaskan wild smoked salmon, Roma ripe tomatoes, red onions, cream cheese & dill.

  • Artisan cheese board
    Assorted cheeses including Havarti, goat, Brie, Fontana, Gruyere, Boursin, Manchego, olives, fresh grapes & crackers.

  • Memulaim - hand rolled stuffed vegetables with rice

    Cabbage, peppers, and grape leaves, stuffed with rice, dill, celery, onions, parsley, tomatoes, lemon, and Silan. Accompanied by a fresh tzatziki dip.

  • Roasted vegetable platter with herb dip
    Oven-roasted red and yellow peppers, Cauliflower, Zucchini, Yams & Asparagus. Served with mustard and herb Aioli.

  • Charcuterie platter
    Assorted cold-cut meats including salami, Prosciutto, dry Coppa, Mortadella, turkey, Dijon mustard, dry fruit, fresh grapes & crackers.

  • Beet carpaccio

    Thin slices of baked beet, micro leaves, roasted pistachios, parmesan cheese, olive oil, balsamic glaze, and cracked pepper.

Salads (choose 1):

  • Fresh vegetable platter
    Fresh vegetables including Broccoli, cherry tomatoes, carrots, bell peppers, and radishes centered with an herb & garlic dip. Vegetables may vary based on season.

  • Green salad

    Mixed greens and salad seeds with house-made honey-balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

  • Caesar salad
    Fresh Romaine lettuce with our signature creamy Caesar dressing. Topped with croutons and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

  • Greek salad
    Persian cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, red onion, bell peppers, Kalamata olives, Pepperoncini, olive oil, lemon, Feta cheese, and Za’atar.

  • Beet and goat cheese salad
    Greens, beets, goat cheese, candied pecans, canola oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, salt and pepper.

  • Quinoa and roasted vegetable salad

    Quinoa, greens, yams, cauliflower, garbanzo beans, cranberries, roasted almonds & balsamic vinaigrette.

  • Fresh seasonal fruit platter

    Fruit selection will vary seasonally, but typically will include a variety of grapes, pineapple, melon, strawberries, and oranges.

  • Nutella square crumbles

    A perfect balance of sweetness and nuttiness. Nutella square crumbles are bite-sized pastries filled with creamy Nutella spread and wrapped in a buttery, crumbly crust.

  • Chocolate brownies

    Rich, decadent squares of moist, fudgy goodness. Made with cocoa, butter, sugar, eggs, and a touch of coffee.

    Greek yogurt with self-serve toppings: granola, berries, nuts, shredded coconut, maple, honey and homemade strawberry jam.
